| | Step and longevity increases are not automatic and must be earned according to yearly evaluations and the earning | |
| | of 25 hours of approved training. The growth hours must be accompanied by a yearly goal as set out in the | |
| | credentialing manual with the approval of a trained professional growth advisor. | | | |

| | Children's Center teachers will receive longevity increments in addition to regular salary, according to the rules and | |
| | regulations shown on the regular salary schedule beginning with 2001/2002 school year. It is understood that the | |
| | awarding of these increments will be reviewed annually. If there is insufficient funding, the district reserves the right | |
| | to discontinue the awarding of further increments. The monthly longevity amount will be reduced for part-time | |
| | employees according to the ratio to an eight (8) hour day or a forty (40) hour week employee. | | |
